Secret Santa

I discovered something this year – I love Secret Santa. I haven’t always liked Secret Santa, mostly because it seems like something always used as a “team building” activity, that never really went well. I always end up with someone I don’t know at all, and it’s hard to be Santa to someone you just don’t know!

But, this year, my close friend-group and I all decided Secret Santa would be the perfect way to do a gift exchange. It’s cheaper, and it’s tons of fun trying to keep secrets from everyone!

Shopping was so much fun, even with a limit! Only having to focus on one person means they get 100% of the brainpower, which is really nice when it comes to brainstorming.

My Santa and I both ended up having each other, which was super cute. I got some really awesome drinking glasses, chocolate covered blueberries, and febreeze! I love febreeze. Nothing like making the house smell delicious while you drink water out of a Lumpy Space Princess glass and eat some chocolate covered blueberries!

I’m already excited for doing Secret Santa again next year. Is it Christmas ’13 yet?!
