Blind Date with a Book

Here it is!

Here it is!

The Carl B. Library is honestly a great place to be. Resources are aplenty, there are enough books to fill a lifetime with reading, and their programming is spot on. Not only is it a great place to be during finals, but the awesome librarians at the Carl B. have been planning some great things throughout the semester as well! This month is something super exciting and special: Blind Date with a Book.

It’s actually brilliantly simple: a bunch of books are wrapped, with two or three small things about the book on the top. Anyone can come, pick a book based on those couple of snippets of information, and get ready for their blind date.

Personally, I picked one that said:

– Recent biography
– It all started in a garage

Interesting stuff! I’m excited to unwrap my blind date and get started. 🙂
