Bachelorette party!

Bachelorette party!

Spring sprung and now summer is in full swing. And with the beginning of summer comes the start of wedding season. I am extremely busy this wedding season because I am a bridesmaid in one of my high school friend’s weddings! Being a bridesmaid means going to bridal showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, and, of course, being in the wedding ceremony! Tonight, I celebrated my friend’s last weekend of being a single woman at her bachelorette party! It was the first bachelorette party I’ve ever been to and it was loads of fun! Next weekend, I have wedding things for three days straight. Thursday night, I have a rehearsal dinner. Then, the next day is the wedding. That Saturday, I have another wedding that I am attending with my family! Now that I have all of these weddings to go to, I really do feel old. So many friends and old classmates are getting married, it’s crazy! It’s kind’ve fun that sometimes people host their weddings at Concordia and take cute pictures by the bell tower and outside of Old Main 🙂 In fact, just this past weekend, a couple Cobbers got married in the Centrum at Concordia! Wedding season really is upon us!

Hello, there! I’m Kelsey Rausch and I am an English Education major from Elk River, Minnesota. It is my hope that I will be able to do extraordinary things with my life and I think I chose the right college to help me make an impact on people’s lives. I have some serious Cobber pride and couldn’t be more in love with this amazing college! I love music in every way that it can be taken in, whether that be listening, collecting, watching, or performing. I’d like to think I have great taste in music and I love connecting with people over a shared interest in music. I’m always up for an adventure and trying new things. I’m (apparently) very awful at telling stories, so I have to have crazy adventures to talk about to make up for my lack of ability. I am always in search of good books to read and I am grateful for God, who has blessed me with so much.
