This past weekend, a couple friends and I went out for dinner in downtown Fargo. Dami and I were in charge of picking out a place for us to go eat, so we began delegations together a few days before. We decided to go to a pizza place called Rhombus Guys on Main Avenue in Fargo. I had never been there before, so I was excited to see what it’s like, as it seems to be a pretty popular place. My first reaction was pleasant, as it’s a visually satisfying set up on the inside. Upon looking over the menu, I was also very impressed with the diversity of the types of pizzas on the menu. According to the menu, there were 34 gourmet pizzas as well as an option to create a custom pizza if none of the 34 sound appealing enough for your particular tastes. If you’re of the age to consume alcohol, they also have a bar there which seemed pretty nice.  One pizza that caught my eye was the “Angry Dragon,” which features marinara, sausage, bacon, red peppers, jalapenos, mozzarella, and a sriracha drizzle. I personally am a fan of spicier food, so this looked awesome to me. I didn’t end up ordering it this time as I opted to share one larger pizza with Emily rather than us both get two smaller ones. Regardless, the “Happy Pig” pizza we got was delicious and I didn’t regret the decision at all. It had honey bbq, pulled pork, pepperoncini, onion, red pepper, pineapple, and mozzarella. I will certainly being going back to Rhombus Guys at some point.
