Mmmm :)

Mmmm 🙂

Today is Thursday, November 12th, 2015. Today is a big day. Why is it big, you may ask? Because it is quite possibly the biggest meal of the year in DS: THANKSGIVING MEAL! Whoooooooooo! This year, I unfortunately do not have a meal plan. That means that I have to go through the struggle three times a day to decide what I want to eat, make it, and then clean up my dishes afterwards. It also means that I don’t get to eat in DS unless I pay for an individual meal or someone uses their guest passes to let me in. It truly is quite the hassle, and the fact that my job is at the information desk just feet from DS and everyone heading to dinner doesn’t help. However, I told myself that if I didn’t get the meal plan, I would allow myself to purchase meals from DS every so often, especially when it is a theme or holiday meal. So tonight, along with many others, I will journey into the magical DS for one of the greatest meals it has to offer. I have already planned on eating a small breakfast and small lunch so I am good and hungry enough to eat copious amounts of turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I CAN’T WAIT!

Hello, there! I’m Kelsey Rausch and I am an English Education major from Elk River, Minnesota. It is my hope that I will be able to do extraordinary things with my life and I think I chose the right college to help me make an impact on people’s lives. I have some serious Cobber pride and couldn’t be more in love with this amazing college! I love music in every way that it can be taken in, whether that be listening, collecting, watching, or performing. I’d like to think I have great taste in music and I love connecting with people over a shared interest in music. I’m always up for an adventure and trying new things. I’m (apparently) very awful at telling stories, so I have to have crazy adventures to talk about to make up for my lack of ability. I am always in search of good books to read and I am grateful for God, who has blessed me with so much.
