Finals are coming up quickly. I seriously keep freaking out. I’m probably the most stressed I’ve been all year, trying to get all my group projects, papers and studying done, on top of trying to find a job for the summer. Stress is all around the college atmosphere this time of year, so I asked some Cobbers what stresses them out and what they do to fix it. The answers are varied, because there are so many different ways to take care of stress! Sleeping better, eating better and exercising are just three of the many.
I’ve found it’s helpful to have a good distraction at hand. I like to read, longboard, take pictures, watch Glee and just hang with my friends doing whatever is on campus. I only talked to a few Cobbers, and I’m curious; what do other Cobbers do to relieve stress??
